Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (Excluding weekends and US holidays). Transit time varies according to the location and the shipping option that you select at checkout. We offer Free Standard Domestic Shipping (5-7 business days).
Orders can be shipped by USPS, UPS or DHL. We always put "signature required" and package insurance (if you do not want it, please contact us quickly or leave a note at checkout).Â
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. We only file the claim with the carrier.
Returns:
Please feel free to contact us if you want to make any return. If your items arrive damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately and you can include a photo of the item or the listing code and the order number.
If you do not contact us in the first week of receiving the items, we assume that everything is fine with your order and unfortunately, we can’t offer a solution.
Also, we are not responsible for broken pieces by your customers, unfortunately due our good prices we cannot cover these costs.Â
We don't offer refunds, just "store credit".Â
Also, if you don't like the items, you can return it, but you need to pay the return label fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, there is a maximum of 10 pieces to return.Â
For International buyers, we only accept return if your items arrive damaged/defective. Contact us before making the return to check if we can solve it in another way. We cannot offer exchanges.Â
Please Remember! International orders need to pay Customs Import fees.
For Store Purchases, we don't accept any return or exchange, unless the items are damaged and proof of purchase is required. Please check your jewelry before leaving the store.Â
