Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays), plus transit days depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Orders can be shipped with by USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx. We always need to put "signature required" and package insurance (if you do not want it please contact us quickly or leave a note on the order). We do not have specific rate and time to be deliver, the price and time varies according to the location and the option that you select at checkout. 

Returns:

Please feel free to contact us if you want to make any return or exchanges. If your items arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately and you can include a photo of the item or the listing code and the order number. If you do not contact us in the first week of receiving the items, we assume that everything is fine with your order and unfortunately we can’t offer a solution.

We refund you the money the same day we receive the return but takes around 3-5 days to see it in your bank account. 

Also, if you don't like the items you can return it but you need to pay the return label fee and we just offer store credit, not refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also there is a maximum of 7 pieces to return. 

For International buyers, we only accept return if your items arrives damaged/defective .Contact us before making the return to check  if we can solve it in another way. We just offer store credit not exchanges. 

Please Remember! International orders need to pay Customs to import the packages. 

For Store Purchases, we don't accept any return or exchange, unless the items are damaged or have a change of color within the first 6 months of purchase (This is only for the Gold Laminate Jewelry, not the other materials). We just offer Store Credit not refunds and also we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please check your jewelry before leaving the store.
